About

What is Behavior Analysis?

Behavior analysis is a scientific study of behavior that seeks to understand and explain the behavior of individuals and groups. My job as a behavior analyst involves observing and measuring behavior, identifying environmental factors that influence behavior, and developing strategies to modify behavior. Behavior analysis aims to improve the quality of life by helping individuals acquire new skills, reduce problem behaviors, and achieve greater independence.

Sally Phillip, M.S., BCBA

Executive Director and Founder of Behavior Care Center

I'm a Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over seven years of experience providing Behavior Intervention and over 13 years of experience working with children of various ages and needs. I founded BCC with the goal of providing a high quality service that would improve the lives of children and their families through changing behavior and improving communication. I hold a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Additionally, I am a Certified Project ImPACT Coach and Certified Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) Levels I & II.

Growing up, I lived in different countries, which exposed me to various cultures and languages, enriching and enlightening me on how to reach and serve clients of different backgrounds.  Being a wife and a mom also added a compassionate depth and understanding to my service delivery.

Through ABA, Project ImPACT, and Pivotal Response Training,  I helped hundreds of children communicate, interact, and build meaningful social relationships. I especially love my role as a parent trainer as I guide caregivers in understanding their kids' behaviors and unfolding their mode of communication.  In addition,  I support parents with the IEP process and provide school consultation.

I would love to connect with you to discuss how I can support you in your journey with your loved ones.
